Looking for a WebSite Domain for your business?
To begin, try entering a keyword(s) or domain name in the search box below that best describes
your product or service.
This tool will grab the most highly searched terms from Overture and
create suggestions for you.
AND... to check the availability of the names it creates we have included a
form on the next page. Just cut and paste the
domain name suggestions to the search box on the following page to find the names
you're looking for. It's a GREAT way to find valuable domain names.
Information about our Keyword Generator and domain names in general:
A domain name consists of a top-level and a second-level domain.
Top-level domains:
A top-level domain is the part of the domain name located to the right of the dot (" . ") and generally reflects the type or purpose of the organization or entity and is called the top-level domain (TLD) name.
The most common TLDs are .com, .net and .org. Several new top-level domains have been added to the menu recently, including, .biz, .info, and .ws.
The top-level domains have certain guidelines attached, but are for the most part available to any registrant, anywhere in the world.
To check the availability of top-level domains you can use this form:
Where appropriate, a top-level domain name can be of geographic significance and hence only available to registrants in the locale defined by the TLD.
These are called country-code TLDs (ccTLDs) and include such top-level domains as .bz (Belize),.ca (Canada), .dk (Denmark), .ec (Ecuador), ie (Republic of Ireland), .uk (United Kingdom),
.us (United States), and .zw (Zimbabwe).
Second-level domains:
The second-level domain is the "readable" part of the domain name located immediately to the left of the dot (" . ").
For example: In www.cnn.com "cnn" (Cable News Network) is a second-level domain. NOTE: The type of names that our Keyword Generator can create are of second-level nature,
they are ONLY suggestions and do not include TLDs.
