How do I setup email forwarding for my domain name?
Please follow these directions to setup email forwarding:
Click on Manage "My Account" at the program menu above.
Log in using your customer number or login name, and password.
Click ”Manage Domains.”
To manage an individual domain name, click on that domain name.
Next to "Email Summary" click the plus sign [+].
Select "Click here to manage your email accounts".
Click "MANAGE EMAIL FORWARDING"
To create an email forward click "Setup Account"
In the box "Email Account:" enter [anyname] @yourdomain.com.
In the box "Redirect Mail To:" enter the address where you would like all messages to be forwarded to.
Note:
The default settings for the following are set to No, but you may change them if you like.
Is this account a catch-all account?
Click the radio button Yes or No. (A catch-all email account is one that will
receive all email that is sent to any address@yourdomain.com)
Set an auto-responder for this account?
Click the radio button Yes or No. If you're on vacation or expect to be unable to answer email for a period of time, you may want to set an auto-responder
to your email account. While the auto-responder is set, the text you enter will automatically be sent to anyone who sends
email to you. You will not lose any email - it will still all be delivered to you.
Click "SAVE SETTINGS"
It can take approximately 48 hours before updates are implemented.
